By downloading, installing, or using Prism Browser ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Prism Browser is a privacy-focused web browser for iPad that provides multiple browsing profiles, ad blocking, tracking protection, and other features to enhance your browsing experience.

3. User Accounts and Profiles

Prism Browser allows you to create multiple browsing profiles on your device. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your profile passwords and biometric locks
All activities that occur under your profiles
Ensuring your device is secure and not accessible to unauthorized users

4. Subscription and Payment

Prism Browser offers subscription-based premium features through Apple's in-app purchase system:

Free Trial: New users may receive a free trial period as specified in the App
Subscription Plans: Monthly and yearly subscription options are available
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Prism Browser to:

Access illegal content or engage in illegal activities
Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Prism Browser is designed with privacy in mind:

Browsing data is stored locally on your device
We do not collect or store your browsing history on our servers
Ad blocking and tracking protection are enabled by default

7. Intellectual Property

Prism Browser and all related materials, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Patryk Doliński and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATRYK DOLIŃSKI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the App
Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
Any content obtained from the App
Any websites accessed through the App

10. Content Blocking and Filtering

Prism Browser provides ad blocking and tracking protection features. While we strive to provide effective protection:

We do not guarantee that all ads, trackers, or malicious content will be blocked
Some websites may not function properly with content blocking enabled
You can disable content blocking on a per-profile basis

11. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of third-party sites.

12. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time
Update these Terms at any time; changes will be effective immediately upon posting
Update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Patryk Doliński regarding the use of Prism Browser and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
